THE PROJECT IS FUNDED:

This project is implemented within the framework of the Active Citizens Fund Bulgaria under the European Economic Area (EEA) Financial Mechanism 2014 – 2021. Donor states Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway have awarded EUR 15 500 000 to the Active Citizens Fund in Bulgaria per a Memorandum of Understanding signed with the Republic of Bulgaria. The objective of the Active Citizens Fund Bulgaria is to strengthen the civil society in Bulgaria and empower vulnerable groups.

THE PROJECT IS BEING IMPLEMENTED:

Trust for Social Achievement Foundation (TSA) tests and supports innovative, results-driven approaches that increase self-sufficiency and improve life outcomes for Bulgaria’s poor, with a focus on the Roma. Under the Active Citizens Fund Bulgaria, TSA administers a Roma scholarship component and implements the project “Mentorship support for the next generation of Roma health professionals”.
